NetSuite Subsidiary Sync Triggers
By default, NetSuite subsidiaries are synced immediately to Salesforce when created or updated. You can choose from the following Subsidiary sync triggers:

Sync immediately when the subsidiary is created (default)

Sync when the Salesforce Flag to Post field is selected on each Subsidiary

Sync when a specific Subsidiary field meets a defined criterion
Salesforce Flag to Post Field
The Salesforce Flag to Post field is available on each Subsidiary. You can use this field to define what to do with the subsidiary during Subsdiary sync. Salesforce Flag to Post can be set to the following values:

Blank – when left blank, the subsidiary will be skipped when posting to Salesforce.

Post to Salesforce – when selected, the subsidiary will be posted to Salesforce during Subsidiary sync.

Ignore future postings – when selected, any changes made on the subsidiary will be skipped when synced to Salesforce.
Sync when a specific Subsidiary field meets a defined criterion
You can use the Sync when a specific Subsidiary field meets a defined criterion option to define a condition that determines whether a Subsidiary will be synced to Salesforce.

The operators, contains and starts with can only be used with string or text data type fields while greater than and less than can only be used with number data type fields. |
