Creating and Attaching Notes to Customer Records in NetSuite for iOS

NetSuite for iOS enables you to attach notes to customer records. You can create these notes both offline and when you are logged in.

To create a note from within the app, from Records, tap Customers, swipe on a customer name, and then tap the note icon (pencil icon). You can select from existing notes or create a new note. The note is then attached to this customer record, and it shows in the Memo field. You can also view this note if you go to the customer name and then tap Communication > User Notes.

To create a note offline, on the login screen, tap the plus icon, tap Notes, and then tap the plus icon. You can attach this note to a customer after you have logged into the app.
