How can I request a bank reference letter that would confirm that our company holds an account with HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as requested by a supplier we will be paying from this account?
You can submit a request for a bank reference letter by contacting the NetSuite Customer Support. You will be asked to provide the following information:

Account address
Your request will be reviewed by HSBC and a bank reference letter will be sent to the email address HSBC holds on your account.
