Invoice Sync Triggers
By default, NetSuite invoices are synced immediately to Salesforce when created or updated. You can choose from the following Invoice sync triggers:

Sync immediately when the invoice is created (default)

Sync when the Salesforce Flag to Post field is selected on each invoice

Sync when a specific invoice field meets a defined criterion
The invoice sync trigger needs to be defined with the invoice's association to other records. You can choose from any of the following options:

Sales Order was created from an Opportunity
-
Sales Order was created in NetSuite
-
Linked to a Salesforce Account
-
Linked to a Subsidiary
Sync when a specific invoice field meets a defined criterion
You can use the Sync when a specific invoice field meets a defined criterion option to define a condition that determines whether a invoice will be synced to Salesforce.

Select the field to be used to define the criterion. All standard fields and custom fields at the record header level can be selected.
Note:
Complex fields, such as Lists, Addresses, Currencies, Country Codes, and others that are based on internal IDs or linked records may not work as expected. |

The operator for the intended condition. Can select from the following list:
The operators, contains and starts with can only be used with string or text data type fields. Greater than and less than can only be used with number data type fields. |
