Store Pickup for SuiteCommerce Websites

Store Pickup for Commerce websites gives your customers the option to collect their orders from one of your retail locations instead of having them shipped to a specific address. When you enable Store Pickup, you're offering your customers an additional, convenient way to receive their orders. Store pickup doesn't have customer shipping charges and it increases foot traffic and cross-selling opportunities at your retail locations.

Limitations

The Store Pickup feature has the following limitations:

  • The Store Pickup feature is available in the following NetSuite accounts: U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and OneWorld.

  • Store Pickup can't be used with the following features:

  • Store Pickup for Commerce websites is compatible with SuiteCommerce and the SuiteCommerce Advanced Elbrus release or later.

  • Customers can only choose one pickup location for their entire order with Store Pickup for Commerce websites.

  • Customers can place combined orders with items for shipping and store pickup. If Store Pickup is enabled, the items can't be shipped to multiple locations.
