Use the Insurance subtab to enter insurance details, policy dates, and claims made for this asset.

• Insurance Company - Select the asset's insurance company.

• Insurance Policy Number - Enter the policy number of the insurance policy covering this asset.

• Policy Start Date - Enter the insurance policy start date.

• Policy End Date - Enter the insurance policy end date.

• Insurance Value - Enter the asset's insured value.

• Payment Frequency - Enter the payment frequency in months.

• Payment Amount - Enter the periodic payment amount.
