Viewing the Form Printing Status

You can check the status of the forms or reports you printed.

To view the printing status of a form:

  1. Go to Transaction > Management > Supply Chain Management, and then click the Form Printing Status link.

    The status of a form can be Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Error.

    The table displays a list of available forms. You can refine the list by specifying values for the following filters:

    • Report Name

    • Printing Status

    • Printed By

    • Print Date From

    • Print Date To

    Note:

    Only administrators can use the Printed By filter to view forms printed by specific users.

  2. Under File Link, click the View link for the form you want to view.

  3. Go to Transaction > Management > Supply Chain Management.

  4. On the Supply Chain Management page, click the Form Printing Status link.

  5. On the Form Printing Status page, select values for the following filters to refine the list of available forms:

    1. Report Name – Select a report name.

    2. Printing Status – Select one of the following statuses:

      • Pending

      • In Progress

      • Completed

      • Error

    3. Printed By – Select the employee who printed the report.

      Note:

      Only administrators can use the Printed By filter to view forms printed by a specific employee.

    4. Printed Date From – The Print Date From can be before the current date or today's date.

    5. Print Date To – The Print Date To can be the same as the from date or a future's date.

  6. In the File Link column, click the View link next to the report that you want to view.
