Setting Up Supply Chain Preferences

You can set preferences to customize the report appearance and specify which details to include.

To set up supply chain preferences:

  1. Go to Transactions > Management > Supply Chain Management.

  2. On the Supply Chain Management page, click Preferences.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. If you want to enable other Supply Chain Management features, read the following topics:

  5. On the General subtab, select a value and check the following boxes as needed:

    1. Print Barcode – Check this box if you want to print the barcode on the report.

    2. Send Form Generation Email Notification – Check this box if you want to receive email notifications when supply chain management forms or reports have been generated.

    3. Item Barcode – Select whether you want the barcode to display the Item Name or UPC Code when generating it.

  6. On the Inventory subtab, select or enter values for the following fields:

    1. Sort Inventory Count Sheet By – Select whether to sort the inventory count sheet by Item or Bin.

    2. No. of Line for Serial/Lot Number – Enter the number of lines you want to allot for the serial or lot number.

  7. Click Save.
