NetSuite for Mobile Third Party Licensing
A NetSuite for Mobile implementation can include software governed by licenses from third parties (“Third Party Software” and “Third Party License”). All third party software licensed for use with NetSuite for Mobile is subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding Third Party License, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the agreement governing the NetSuite for Mobile Software.
