Linking a Support Case to a Transaction
You can link support cases to seven transaction types including sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders. For example, your company can create an invoice for a repair service performed for a customer. Then, associate it with the support case that initiated the service request.
To link a support case to a transaction:

Open the support case record.

Click the Related Records subtab.

Click New on the Transactions subtab to create a new linked transaction. You can also click Attach to link an existing transaction to the support case.
