European Union Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp Limitations and Best Practices

Before using the European Union Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp, be aware of the current limitations and best practices.

• For Germany XRechnung electronic invoicing features:

  • The SuiteApp only supports inbound vendor bill transactions that include items, not expenses.

  • If a transaction includes inventory items and the Multi-Location Inventory feature is on, the Location field on the transaction line becomes mandatory for that item. A default location is suggested to be used directly on the item record.

  • Tax mapping is not supported from inbound XML e-documents

• For Belgium PEPPOL electronic invoicing features:

  Credit memo and vendor credit transactions are not currently supported.

• For Spain Veri*Factu electronic invoicing features:

  Invoice and credit memo cancellation is not currently supported.
