Reviewing the Balance Sheet Monthly Movements Report
The Balance Sheet -Monthly Movements Report form displays the closing balances for Actual and Forecast balance sheet Accounts by Subsidiary and Currency. The form also includes the option to display the opening balances and monthly movements. You can use this form to analyze the Actual and Forecasted ending balances of Accounts, monthly movements, and opening balances by Subsidiary.
To view closing balances and monthly movements by balance sheet Account:

From the Home page, go to Financials > Balance Sheet.

Click Balance Sheet -Monthly Movements Report.

In the Point of View, select a Version, Subsidiary, and Currency.
If you use Forms 1.0, click the Go icon
to apply the changes to the POV. -
(Optional) To refresh the form with the latest values from the Forecast forms, right-click the data grid and select BS Forecast Data Refresh.

To expand each Account and display the opening balance and monthly movements, click the pluses
beside the Closing Balance cells. -
Review and analyze the Actual and Forecasted balance sheet Account ending balances, monthly movements, and opening balances by subsidiary.

(Optional) To aggregate the application:

Go to the Home page and click the Rules card.

Beside the ruleset NFS_All Accts Forecast Data Refresh, click the Launch arrow.
