Reviewing the Income Statement
The Income Statement form displays Net Income (all income and expenses) for closed Actual periods and open Forecast periods, by month. You can analyze the Income Statement form by Version, Subsidiary, Department and Class, in an Input or Reporting Currency. You can also view Accounts at a detailed level in the form.
To review the income statement:

From the Home page, go to Financials > Income Statement.

Click Income Statement.

In the Point of View, select a Version, Subsidiary, Currency, Department, and Class.
If you use Forms 1.0, click the Go icon
to apply the changes to the POV.

To refresh the form with the latest values from the Revenue and OpEx Forecast forms, right-click the data grid and select IS Forecast Data Refresh.

Review the Actuals and Forecasted amounts by Account.

(Optional) To view Account-level details for a specific Account, right-click the Account and select Drill to Income Statement Details.
The Income Statement – Account Details form opens in a new tab. The form displays the Actual and Forecasted Account details for the selected Account in the context of Relationship, Department, Class, Item, and Location.
From the Account Details form, you can drill back to your NetSuite general ledger entry. For details, see Drilling Through to NetSuite.

(Optional) To aggregate the application:

Go to the Home page, and click the Rules card.

Beside the ruleset NFS_All Accts Forecast Data Refresh, click the Launch arrow.
