Ensure You Have Open Adjustments
Before executing the data integration, ensure you have open adjustments.
To check whether you have open adjustments:

In your Account Reconciliation application, click the Navigator icon , and go to Matching.

Open the required transaction matching from the list.

In the newly opened window, click the Adjustments icon .

Ensure the Extract Status for the adjustments is Open. Otherwise, select the adjustments, click Actions, and then Mark as Open.
