SuiteAnalytics Connect NetSuite.com Data Source End of Support

When your NetSuite account is upgraded to 2025.1, the NetSuite.com data source will no longer be supported. This means that as of 2025.1, support cases requesting bug fixes or performance enhancements for the NetSuite.com data source will not be considered. The only exception is if the data source is down.

When your NetSuite account is upgraded to 2026.1, the NetSuite.com data source will no longer be available.

The NetSuite2.com data source solves some previous inconsistencies in data exposure between saved searches and reporting. Data exposed in the NetSuite2.com data source is consistent with SuiteAnalytics Workbook. NetSuite2.com also improves security, using role-based access control, OAuth 2.0 and token-based authentication, and support for SuiteQL, a query language that provides advanced capabilities and restricts the SQL functions that can be used.

Required Actions

Transition to the NetSuite2.com data source as soon as possible.

To complete the transition:

  1. Change your SQL queries to SuiteQL queries. You must run SuiteQL queries when you use the Connect Service with the NetSuite2.com data source. SQL queries that worked with the NetSuite.com data source will not work with the NetSuite2.com data source.

  2. Use the NetSuite2.com data source when you work with SuiteAnalytics Connect. To access the NetSuite2.com data source, set the Service Data Source connection attribute to NetSuite2.com.

  3. Verify whether there are users in your account that still use the NetSuite.com data source and inform them that they should move to the NetSuite2.com data source. You can use the ConnectLoginAudit record available for NetSuite2.com to get this information. This record provides SuiteAnalytics Connect administrators with Connect usage information, including users' login attempts, outdated drivers, the third-party application, the Connect data sources used, and other details. To access ConnectLoginAudit record data, the View Login Audit Trail role permission is required. The Records Catalog shows the fields available through the ConnectLoginAudit record. For more information, see Records Catalog Overview.
