Resources
Resources are employees, vendors, or other NetSuite entity records that can be assigned work. Resources appear in the scheduler with a circular avatar that shows their image or initials.
Online Status
Resources display a green status icon when they have been recently detected using the Field Service Mobile.
Context Menu
Right clicking or Ctrl +Left clicking on a resource will open a context menu. Click on the menu title to link through to the record in NetSuite.
Marker
Centers the map on the resource.
Mobile
Opens an emulator of the mobile for that resource. Only displayed if the resource is a mobile user and the current user’s role has Mobile Administrator permission.
Letter
Opens an email draft addressed to that resource using the default email application.
Phone
Starts a phone call with the default VoIP application.
