Worksheet Display
The Worksheet link displays within a project if phases/tasks are enabled in the project stage. See Project Stages. The layout form lets you select the fields you want to display/modify and the order of those fields. This is a global setting that applies to all task worksheets within projects. The ability to modify specific fields within the worksheet display is controlled by edit permissions of the form or employee role.
To access and modify the Worksheet Display:

Go to Administration > Application Settings > Projects > Worksheet display.
When including assignments and predecessors in the task worksheet, you may display the current value of those fields as text below the create/edit options by selecting the desired option.
Worksheet Display Pagination
The task worksheet can be separated into pages to increase performance and make large amounts of information more manageable.
To set the number of tasks which appear in a Task Worksheet page:

Go to Administration > Application Settings > Projects > Worksheet Display.

In the “Number of paginated rows to display” field, enter the number of tasks you want to show on each page. Clear the field to disable this feature.

Select “Enable sorting on columns ID and Task name” to allow users to sort these columns alphanumerically in ascending or descending order.

Click Save.
