Enabling Custom Email Notifications
You can enable custom email notifications for selected SuiteProjects Pro modules (applications) only.
To enable custom email notifications, contact SuiteProjects Pro Support, request the Custom Email Notifications optional feature, and specify for which modules you want to enable custom email notifications.
The following table lists the applications, record types and events for each record types that support custom email notifications.
You should disable standard email notifications and email templates for the same modules and record types as you enable custom email notifications for. See Disabling Standard Email Notifications and Email Templates.
