Changes to Resource Center

Usability enhancements to advanced filters, columns and text-area cells.

The following changes are now available if the Resource Center feature is enabled for your company's account:

Advanced Filters

You can now use conditions is, is not, is at least one of, and is not any of and select the relevant resources when adding a filter condition based on the resource name.

You can now use filter condition based on the Active field for resources.

You can press the Esc key to close the value dropdown and press it again to close the filter condition setup panel. If the value dropdown allows you to select multiple values, all the selected values remain selected.

Columns

The names of columns in the column selection and advanced filter panels now include both the object type and the display name of the standard and custom field except where one column is used for multiple object types.

The Resource – Active column is now available.

Text-Area Cells Usability Enhancement

The cells under the Notes or other text area columns show a full text icon Full text icon if the content is longer than 120 characters.

  • Point to the cell to view the full content in a tooltip.

  • Click the full text icon Full text icon to view a popup window with the full cell content.

  • If the cell is inline-editable, click Edit in the popup window to enter or modify the text. Click Apply to validate you changes or Discard to discard your changes. The popup window closes You can also double-click the cell to open the popup window in editing mode.

Note:

Currently, you can only edit the Booking type and Notes for bookings at the lowest drill-down level.

Inline editing changes in the resource center aren't saved automatically. You need to click Save in the toolbar to save all the changes made in the resource center.

Feature-Specific Survey

Separating space
