Ccrate

A service rate per customer [Ccrate] is the hourly rate used to bill for a particular service to a particular customer. Used when your SuiteProjects Pro account is configured to get the billing rates from Service / Customer [account.rate_from = cc].

The Ccrate object has the following properties:

`currency`	`currency`	[Read-only] The currency these rates are quoted in.

`id`	`id`	[Read-only] Unique ID. Automatically assigned by SuiteProjects Pro.
`notes`	`notes`	[Read-only] Notes about the table.
`rate`	`rate`	[Read-only] The hourly billing rate.
