Integration Points Importing NetSuite Information into SuiteProjects Pro
This help topic is provided for reference only. Integration point tags were used in the legacy advanced settings notation but are no longer required.
When you click Show relevant old advanced mapping in the Tips menu, the popup window shows your filters and field mapping definitions in the legacy advanced settings notation.
The following table lists the integration point you can use to import NetSuite records into SuiteProjects Pro in execution order. The table also indicates the corresponding integration workflow and the equivalent mapping group on the Mapping tab in SuiteProjects Pro.
-
Use these integration points between a
<PULL>
opening tag and a</PULL>
closing tag. -
All field mapping information for an integration point in a specific direction must be defined between the opening tag and the closing tag for this integration point. For example, between
<EMPLOYEE_TO_USER>
and</EMPLOYEE_TO_USER>
. -
The integration workflow must be enabled before you can define custom field mappings and filters for an integration point.
-
Integration points support field mapping definitions and filters, unless otherwise specified.
-
For billing rule and revenue recognition integration points:
-
Filters are not supported. Filters are created automatically through the integration.
-
Only valid values should be used. For more information, see the SuiteProjects Pro Data Dictionary.
-
Extreme caution should be used when customizing billing rule creation.
