Include NetSuite leads marked 'Export to SuiteProjects Pro' in the customers import

Check this box to import NetSuite leads (customer records with the Stage field set to Lead) as well as NetSuite customers (customer records with the Stage field set to Customer) into SuiteProjects Pro as customers.

By default, customer records are imported from NetSuite into SuiteProjects Pro if the Export to SuiteProjects Pro [custentity_oa_export_to_openair] box is checked on the customer record in NetSuite. You can modify this behavior ā€” See Disable Export to SuiteProjects Pro filtering for employees in NetSuite integration.

You can also import NetSuite prospects (customer records with the Stage field set to Prospect) ā€” See Include NetSuite prospects marked 'Export to SuiteProjects Pro' in the customers import.

Tip:

By default, lead and prospect records are imported into SuiteProjects Pro as customers (customer records of type ā€œCā€). To import lead and prospect records into SuiteProjects Pro as prospects, use a custom field mapping definition to set the customer.type in SuiteProjects Pro to C (Customer) or P (Prospect) depending on the Customer.stage value in NetSuite (_customer, _lead, or _prospect).
