Map the SuiteProjects Pro rate card from the NetSuite project

Check this box to import rate card information when importing a project record from NetSuite into SuiteProjects Pro project. This lets you set the rate card in NetSuite using the SuiteProjects Pro: Project Rate Card custom field on the project record (SuiteProjects Pro subtab) in NetSuite and import it into SuiteProjects Pro along with the other project record information.

Important:

Review the following guidelines:

  • Make sure you have the exact same rate card records in both NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro, before you start using this feature. the integration returns an error if rate cards do not match. In NetSuite, create SuiteProjects Pro: Project Rate Card records to match each active SuiteProjects Pro rate cards.

    The SuiteProjects Pro: Project Rate Card [customrecord_oa_project_rate_card] custom record type and SuiteProjects Pro: Project Rate Card [custentity_oa_project_rate_card] custom entity field are created when you install the SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration bundle — Bundle ID 369637 (previously 2851) 1.28 or later version.

  • To review rate cards configured in SuiteProjects Pro, go to Administration > Global Settings > Jobs, Rates> Rate Cards.

  • Remember to create or update rate cards in both applications when you make changes.
