Creating a Time-Off Request
You can create a time-off request from any page in SuiteProjects Pro.
After you create a time-off request, you can update it at any time before you submit the time-off request for approval. If a time-off request is rejected, you can edit it and submit it again for approval. For more information, see Updating a Time-Off Request.
To create a time-off request:

Click the Create button and select New under Timesheets or Timesheets: Time-off request, New under All items.
The new time-off request form appears.

Select or enter information in the time-off request form. The information that you can or must enter depends on your company's SuiteProjects Pro account configuration.

Start date and end date – These are the dates defining the time-off period you want to request.

Reason (time type)– Select one of the time type set up for time-off requests in your account.

Customer : Project – Select the project against which the time-off should be booked. Some companies may use this to track employees' time-off as part of one or more internal projects, for example.

Task – Select the task against which the time-off should be booked. Some companies may use this to track different categories of time-off, for example.

Description – Add a description for the time-off request if required.

Notes– Add notes for your time-off request if required.
Note:An asterisk * indicates a required field.

You can add multiple files from your computer as attachments or attach a workspace document to your time-off request. See Adding Attachments.

Click Next to create the time-off request and continue entering information. See Updating a Time-Off Request.
Note:It isn't possible to change the start date and end date after you create the time-off request.
