You can expand and collapse parent cells on the grid in a form to reveal or hide their child members.

For example, you can expand a Total Expenses parent cell to view the expense categories at department levels. Expand and Collapse help you view the form data at a summary level and at a detailed level.

To expand or collapse a parent cell in a form:

1. Select a cell in a form.
2. From the provider ribbon, select Cell Actions, and then select Expand/Collapse .
