Delete Email Inbound Service

The Workspace Administrator can delete the email inbound service.

Once you delete the email inbound service, Process Automation does not process any existing email based approvals. Subsequent to the deletion of the email inbound service, Process Automation automatically sends email notifications containing workspace links. The user has to login to workspace to perform approve or reject actions.

  1. In Workspace, open the navigation pane and expand Administration. Click Registered Services.
    Process Automation displays the Email Inbound service if it is already created.
  2. Click Actions Actions icon and choose Delete.
    Process Automation displays a Confirmation dialog.
  3. Click Ok.
    Process Automation deletes the inbound email account.
