Shared Folder Permissions
The role you assign an added member when you share a folder determines the tasks they are able to do. This helps you provide the permissions necessary for every member while keeping your content secure
In some situations, there are limitations based on the task. For example, a person can have the manager role to a folder and be able to move subfolders and content to other subfolders. But if the folder they're moving content to doesn't have the same owner as the folder the content came from, they won't be allowed to complete the move. This prevents someone from having their content moved to a folder they may not have access to.
