View Details of an Autonomous Container Database

You view the details of an Autonomous Container Database by going to its Details page.

Procedure

  1. Go to Autonomous AI Database in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console.

    For instructions, see Access Dedicated Autonomous AI Database in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console.

  2. In the side menu’s list of Autonomous AI Database resource types, click Autonomous Container Database.

    You can see a list of Autonomous Container Databases in your current Compartment.

  3. Choose the Compartment containing the Autonomous Container Database whose details you want to view.

    The list of Autonomous Container Databases refreshes to show those in the selected Compartment. This also includes the ACDs in the terminated state.

  4. Click the name of the Autonomous Container Database whose details you want to view.

    The Details page for the Autonomous Container Database is displayed with information about the ACD.

Features of the Details Page

You can perform a variety of actions on the Details page for an Autonomous Container Database, as listed below:

Click Autonomous AI Databases to view a list of Autonomous AI Databases in the selected Compartment that use the chosen Autonomous Container Database. Using this list you can perform a variety of actions.

Action Steps

Create an Autonomous AI Database

Click Create Autonomous AI Database and follow the instructions listed in Create a Dedicated Autonomous AI Database.

View details of a listed Autonomous AI Database

In the list of Autonomous AI Databases, click the name of the one whose details you want to view.

Move the listed Autonomous AI Database to a different compartment

In the list of Autonomous AI Databases, click the Actions menu in the row of the one you want to move to a different compartment and then click Move resource.

Copy the OCID of a listed Autonomous AI Database

In the list of Autonomous AI Databases, click the Actions menu in the row of the one whose OCID you want to copy and then click Copy OCID. The OCID is copied to your clipboard and the menu item changes to Copied.

Add security attributes APPLIES TO: Applicable Oracle Public Cloud only

In the list of Autonomous AI Databases, click the Actions menu in the row of the one where you want to add security attributes and click Add security attributes.

Add tags to a listed Autonomous AI Database

In the list of Autonomous AI Databases, click the Actions menu in the row of the one you want to apply tags to and then click Manage tags.

Terminate a listed Autonomous AI Database

In the list of Autonomous AI Databases, click the Actions menu in the row of the one you want to terminate and then click Terminate. Then, in the Terminate Database dialog:

  1. Read the warning about terminating an Autonomous AI Database.

  2. Enter the name of the Autonomous AI Database.

  3. On Oracle Public Cloud and Exadata Cloud@Customer deployments, optionally, select Delete all long-term backups that are not retention locked to remove all long-term backups of the Autonomous AI Database if they are not retention locked.

  4. Submit your details to begin the termination process.
