Before You Install the Recipe
You must install the robot agent, install the recorder, configure File Server, and configure Oracle ERP Cloud.
Install the Robot Agent
You must install a robot agent on every environment, which is the computer or virtual machine where a robot runs. The robot agent runs the instances of the robots on these environments.
Install the Recorder
The recorder is a Google Chrome browser extension that you use to build robots. Everyone who builds robots must install the recorder.

Configure File Server
The user must have read, write, and execute permissions for the folder on the File Server containing the CSV files. This allows the system to properly access and modify the files during the automation process.
The CSV file should follow the predefined format with columns for Group Name and User Name, and the file should be accessible from the File Server.
File Server Configuration:- File Storage Access: Ensure that Oracle Integration 3 has access to the File Server where the CSV files are stored. This might require configuring a File Server connection in Oracle Integration 3 or ensuring proper network access.
- Folder Permissions: Set read, write, and execute permissions on the folder where the CSV file is located. Ensure that Oracle Integration 3 and the RPA bot can access, read, and modify the file as needed during the automation process.
