Before You Install the Recipe
You must perform the following configuration tasks on your OCI Document Understanding, OCI Generative AI and OCI GenAI Agents and Oracle ERP Cloud instances in order to successfully review invoice approval, notify managers and create corresponding invoices in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Configure OCI Document Understanding
You must configure and apply policies at the compartment level for OCI Document Understanding users.
See Apply a policy to grant MANAGE permission under Policy to Grant Users Access to Document Understanding APIs in OCI Document Understanding documentation.
Ensure that you select the same OCI compartment (where you applied the Document Understanding policies) when you configure the integration flow of the recipe to use the OCI Document Understanding action.
Configure OCI Generative AI
You must configure and apply policies at the compartment level for OCI Generative AI users.
See Getting Access to Generative AI in OCI Generative AI documentation.
Ensure that you select the same OCI compartment (where you applied the OCI Generative AI policies) when you configure the integration flow of the recipe to use the OCI Generative AI action.
Configure OCI Generative AI Agents
You must configure and apply policies at the compartment level for OCI Generative AI Agents users.
See Getting Access to Generative AI Agents in OCI Generative AI Agents documentation.
Ensure that you select the same OCI compartment (where you applied the OCI Generative AI Agents policies) when you configure the integration flow of the recipe to use the OCI Generative AI Agents RAG action.
Configure Oracle ERP Cloud
To access the Oracle ERP Cloud instance from Oracle Integration, you'll require a separate user account on Oracle ERP Cloud.
Log in to your Oracle ERP Cloud instance as an Administrator and perform the following tasks.
- Create a user account for Oracle Integration. Make a note of the user name and password you set for the account. You’ll use the credentials of this user account to connect to Oracle ERP Cloud from Oracle Integration.
- Assign required roles to the user account. For more information on the roles, see Assign Required Roles to an Integration User in Using the Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter with Oracle Integration 3.
