This recipe supports bi-directional data synchronization of incidents and resources between Oracle Field Service Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud B2C Service.

To use the recipe, you must install the recipe and configure the connections within the recipe. When an incident is created, updated or deleted in Oracle B2C Service, the appropriate integration flow of the recipe gets triggered and a corresponding activity is created, updated or deleted in Oracle Field Service Cloud. Similarly, when a resource is created or updated in Oracle Field Service Cloud, the appropriate integration flow of the recipe gets triggered and the corresponding resource is created or updated in Oracle B2C Service. Also, when an activity is updated in Oracle Field Service Cloud, the appropriate integration flow of the recipe gets triggered and the corresponding incident is updated in Oracle B2C Service.
