This recipe performs bidirectional synchronization of data between transactions in Oracle CPQ and quotes in Salesforce. The recipe contains two integration flows - one for synchronizing Salesforce quotes with corresponding Oracle CPQ transactions, and another for synchronizing Oracle CPQ transactions with corresponding Salesforce quotes. The integrations use the standard Oracle CPQ Adapter and the Salesforce Adapter.

To use the recipe, you must install the recipe and configure the connections and other resources within the recipe. Subsequently, you can activate the integrations. When a transaction is created, updated (for example, a new line item is added), or canceled in Oracle CPQ, the Oracle CPQ Salesforce Transaction2Quote Sync integration is triggered and it creates, updates, or sets to denied status the corresponding Salesforce quote. Similarly, when a quote is created, updated (for example, the value of a quote line item is changed), or set to denied status in Salesforce, the Oracle Salesforce CPQ Quote2Transaction Sync integration is triggered and it creates, updates, or cancels the corresponding transaction in Oracle CPQ.
