About This Recipe

This recipe automates the process of analyzing customer email feedback related to products and support. Using OCI Language and OCI Generative AI, the recipe evaluates sentiment and key aspects of incoming emails and takes appropriate actions based on the content.

The automation helps businesses to understand customer sentiment in real time using OCI Language, automatically route feedback to the relevant departments (Marketing, Support, and so on), generate professional email responses using OCI Generative AI, and create ServiceNow incidents for negative feedback.
