Activate and Run the Recipe
After you've configured the connections and other resources, you can activate and run the recipe.
- Activate the recipe. See Activate a Recipe or Accelerator.
- Ensure that a new contact is present in SurveyMonkey. If required, add a new contact with contact information. See Using Custom Data to Store Contact Info in the SurveyMonkey Help Center.
- Run the recipe.
- Monitor the running of the integration flow in Oracle Integration. See Monitor Integrations.
- Check if a new customer record with contact details (corresponding to the new contact in SurveyMonkey) has been created in Oracle NetSuite.
- Log in to your Oracle NetSuite instance.
- In the global search bar on top of the Oracle NetSuite home page, enter the customer name or related keywords and press Enter.
- In the search results, locate the new customer record and view its details. Basic contact information such as name, email, and phone number must be displayed.
