Outbound Messaging: Select to receive outbound message notifications from the Salesforce application.
Streaming API: Select to receive event notifications from the Salesforce application using platform events and change data capture events. You receive event notifications for the platform events you defined in Salesforce.com and receive change event notifications for the entities you selected in Salesforce.com.
