Export Business and Wire Messages

You can export business and wire messages as a CSV file. This provides several benefits, such as gaining valuable insights into B2B message interactions, accurately troubleshooting and investigating failed messages, and maintaining an audit trail of interactions with trading partners.

  1. To export business or wire messages in a project.
    1. In the navigation pane, click Projects.
    2. Click the project in which to work with business or wire messages.
    3. Click B2B B2B icon.
    4. Click Observe.
  2. To export business or wire messages in a standalone environment.
    1. In the navigation pane, click Observability, then B2B tracking.
    2. On the Track B2B messages page, click Business messages or Wire messages.
  3. Click Filter Filter icon to apply filters.
  4. Click Export CSV.

    You get a confirmation that the business or wire messages are downloading.

    Note that the Export CSV button is enabled only when business or wire messages are displayed. If no messages are shown, the button remains disabled.

  5. Open the downloaded CSV file to check details about the exported business or wire messages. You can find details such as message ID, creation date, direction, document ID, document standard, document type, document version, identifiers, instance ID, message type, resubmit type, state, trading partner, transport name, transport protocol, error code, error summary and so on.

Note:

You can download up to 500 business or wire messages in a single export.
