You can export and import a B2B schema and its associated documents (if
selected) into another instance.
To export a schema in a project.
In the navigation
pane, click Projects.
Click the project in which to export the schema.
Click B2B.
In the Schemas section, go to the schema to
export.
Click Actions, then select Export.
To export a schema in a standalone environment.
In the navigation
pane, click B2B, then
Schemas.
Hover over the row of the schema to export.
Click Actions, then select Export.
If you want to include all documents associated with the schema, click the
Include all documents associated with this schema
check box. Otherwise, only the schema is exported.
Click Export.
A ZIP file of the schema is downloaded.
Log in to the instance in which to import the schema.
To import a schema into a project.
In the navigation
pane, click Projects.
Click the project in which to import the schema.
Click B2B.
In the Schemas section, click
Add.
Click Import.
The Import schema panel is displayed.
To import a schema into a standalone environment.
In the navigation
pane, click B2B, then
Schemas.
Click Import.
The Import schema panel is displayed.
Drag and drop the schema ZIP file.
If you want to overwrite an existing schema of the same name with the imported
version, click the Overwrite the schema definition, if it
exists check box. You cannot overwrite a schema that is actively
in use.
Click Import.
If successful, the B2B schema import report shows the contents of
the imported schema.
