CASDK-005 - A connector specific exception was raised by the application

If you do not specify the mandatory scopes while establishing a connection with the application, you encounter the following error.

CASDK-005 - A connector specific exception was raised by the application

A simple resolution is to provide all the mandatory scopes required to establish a connection with the application. See Create an Application.

Whenever you add a new scope or update/modify an existing one in the HubSpot application, you must perform the following workaround to avoid any connection issue:
  1. Log in to your HubSpot instance.
  2. Go to the Auth tab and click Copy new install URL.
  3. Enter it in the browser.
  4. Edit your connection in the Oracle Integration instance.
  5. In the Security section, enter the scopes you configured in the HubSpot application. See Configure Connection Security.

    Note:

    You must enter and separate the scopes by comma in the same order in which you configured them in the HubSpot application.
  6. Save and test your connection.
  7. Refresh the connection metadata.
