Troubleshoot Connection Errors

Note the following errors and troubleshooting actions when using the ArcGIS (ESRI) Adapter.

Error Error Occurrence Scenario Verification Steps
CASDK-0004: Failed to authenticate against the application with the 
credentials provided Cannot request OAuth access token.
When testing the ArcGIS (ESRI) Adapter connection on the Connections page. Verify and provide the accurate credentials, product, and access type.
CASDK-0005: A connector specific exception was raised by the application. 
Invalid token
When testing the ArcGIS (ESRI) Adapter connection on the Connections page. Verify and provide the accurate product type.
