If you’ve purchased Oracle Cloud services, then use My Oracle Cloud Support to log your service requests. My Oracle Cloud Support enables you to track your requests and reach out to relevant support teams who can prioritize and resolve your requests faster.
Log in to My Oracle Cloud Support to log your service requests and get help. The first time you use Oracle Support in the Console, you're prompted for an email address. You can then follow the prompts to verify your email address and provide additional information (first and last name plus contact number). These steps provision your support account in My Oracle Cloud Support.

If you’ve already logged in to Infrastructure Classic Console or Applications Console, click Help
from the top of Infrastructure Classic Console or Applications Console and select either Create a Support Request or one of the other options.
