Demand Records

You use demand records to maintain all of the demand information. Demand records include these types of information:

  • Supplemental data that is stored at the demand header and detail level.

  • Current schedules for creating forecast records and sales orders.

  • Preferences for setting up fence dates, tolerances, pack rounding, and so forth.

  • Address and contact information.

  • Packaging information.

  • Historical data of each schedule change or release.

  • Net variance changes through inquiry and alerts.

  • Activity data for analyzing inactive or obsolete items.
