This appendix describes the One View Financial Statements (OVFS) components that were delivered with the software. You can view the components in the software if your System Administrator loaded them into your environment and if you have permissions to work with the components.
To locate the delivered components, search for records with the value Content in category code 5 in the program for the component. For example, to locate the delivered statement definitions, open the Statement Definitions program (P09330), enter Content in the Financial Statement Cat Code 5 field in the Query By Example (QBE) line, and then click Find.
The BALSHTBYBU delivered statement definition enables you to generate a simple balance sheet statement by business unit. BALSHTBYBU is the name of the statement definition; the description is Balance Sheet by Business Unit.
