Tax System (74Y/TX)

Use this table to enter the tax system codes defined by the fiscal authority. The codes identify the economic activity and the volume of sales of a company. You assign one of these values in the Tax System Code field in the Address Book Additional Information form, to categorize a company.

The system uses this information when you work with electronic invoices.

The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system provides hard-coded values for this UDC table, including a blank value that you can assign to transactions that are excluded from this categorization.

For example, some valid values are:

RF02	Minimum taxpayers
RF03	New production initiatives
RF07	Publishing

You can add additional records to this UDC table to comply with regulations.
