Understanding Small Contributor Limits
You use the Small Contributor Limits program (P76A050) to specify the accumulated invoice limits for goods and services when those goods and services are provided by a supplier who is registered as a small contributor. You set up the limits by effective date and small contributor classification.
Important: If you have existing vouchers in your system when you set up the small contributor
limits, you must set up the limits with an effective date that is prior to the
voucher date of the voucher that you process. If the effective date is a date that
is after the voucher date, the system assumes that no limit exists.
