Prerequisites

Complete the following setup tasks:

• Run the Supplemental Database setup (P00091) to create the employee dental benefit supplemental data. Set SDB Code as E and Type Data as B4 to define the dental benefit value as a User Defined Code (UDC).
• Create UDC 77|BX with dental plan values 1 to 5, as specified by CRA.
