Use these processing options to define additional defaults that are applied when you inquire on asset records.

Company

Specify the default company code.

Equipment Status

Specify the default equipment status.

Inventory Item Number

Specify the default inventory item number.

Display Child Records (Release 9.2 Update)

Specify whether the system should enable the option to display child records when you search for an asset. Values are:

Blank: Enable option to display child records

1: Disable option to display child records

Display Disposed Records (Release 9.2 Update)

Specify whether the system should enable the option to display disposed records when you search for an asset. Values are:

Blank: Blank: Enable option to display disposed records

1: Disable option to display disposed records
