Prerequisites

Before you complete the tasks in this section:

• Create an application with one or more forms.

• Understand the difference between database items and data dictionary (DD) items.

• Understand the relationship between controls, events, and ER.

• Determine the purpose of each form used in the application.

• Answer these questions:

  • What logic is required?

  • For which control are you creating logic?

  • For which event will the logic occur?

  • Which runtime structures are affected?
