UX One: VMI Agreement Manager Page
The VMI Agreement Manager page enables you to view alerts for the agreements that require immediate attention, and approve or update price and quantity overrides. Additionally, you can view the volume of VMI business and inventory condition at the customer's location. The VMI Agreement Manager page also provides easy access to VMI contracts and availability.
To access the UX One VMI Agreement Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the VMI Agreement Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts
These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells you how many agreement detail lines will expire over a period of time. This alert is based on the One View Outbound Agreement Inquiry program (P42I270, version ZJDE0002). (Release 9.2 Update) When you click the alert, the system displays the One View Outbound Agreement Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

Charts
These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Consumed Quantity vs. Remaining Quantity by Customer (P42I04X|W42I04XB) |
Use this chart to compare the consumed quantity with the remaining quantity available for consumption at a customer's location for each customer. The system uses this formula to calculate the remaining quantity: Remaining Quantity = Agreement Quantity - (sum of On Hand Quantity + sum of Committed Quantity + sum of In Transit Quantity + sum of Consumed Quantity) for the customer The system uses the Primary Unit of Measure for the quantities. This chart is based on the Outbound Availability - F42I021, F38010, F38011, F42I011 business view (V42I021B). |
