UX One: Property Manager Page
The Property Manager page (P15001X|W15001XA) enables users to:
Receive alerts regarding critical dates, vacancies, insurance and mortgage expiration dates, and late fees.
Analyze vacancies, tenants, stack plan, invoices, and customer information.
Access programs to quickly and easily act on the information that is displayed on the page.
To access the UX One Property Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Property Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts
These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This alert tells users about leases that are due to expire. This alert is based on the Work with Leases program (P1501). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Leases form. The following form layouts are available:

Upcoming Log Critical Dates |
This alert tells users about critical dates for upcoming logs. This alert is based on the Work with Log Details Critical Dates program (P15204). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Log Details Critical Dates form. The following form layout is available:

Upcoming Legal Clause Critical Dates |
This alert tells users about upcoming critical dates regarding any legal clause. This alert is based on the Legal Clause Critical Dates Inquiry program (P1570S). When you click the alert, the system displays the Legal Clause Critical Dates Inquiry form. |
Options to Expire |
This alter tells users about the options that are soon to expire. This alert is based on the Work With Legal Clauses program (P1570). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Legal Clauses form. The following form layout is available:

Open AR Over 90 Days |
This alert tells users about receivables open for more than 90 days. This alert is based on the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry program (P15222). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

Open AR Over $20000 |
This alert tells users about open receivables that are more than or equal to $20,000. This alert is based on the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry program (P15222) When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Tenant Ledger Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

Insurance Dates to Expire |
This alert tells users about insurance policies that are soon to expire. This alert is based on the Work with Log Detail Critical Dates program (P15204) When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Log Detail Critical Dates form. The following form layout is available:

Mortgage Dates Set to Expire |
This alert tells users about any mortgage dates that are about to expire. This alert is based on the Work with Log Detail Critical Dates program (P15204). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Log Detail Critical Dates form. The following form layout is available:

New Tenants Moved In |
This alert tells users about any new tenants that have moved in. This alert is based on the Work with Leases program (P1501). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work with Leases form. The following form layouts are available:

Unapplied Cash Receipts |
This alert tells users about any unapplied cash receipts. This alert is based on the Work With Customer Receipts Inquiry program (P15103). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Customer Receipts Inquiry form. The following form layout is available:

This alert tells users about any late fees. This alert is based on the Work With Billing Transactions program (P15211). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Billing Transactions form. |
