UX One: Production Manager Page

The Production Manager page (P31002X|W31002XA) enables users to:

Receive alerts regarding nonconforming material and purchase orders and work orders that are past their due dates.
Analyze required actions based on message type, message count, and engineering and actual variances.
Act quickly by easily accessing the Production Management programs.

To access the UX One Production Manager page, log in to the EnterpriseOne system using the Production Manager role.

Watchlist Alerts

These alerts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the alerts are set up to use queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements. Additionally, these watchlists have been set up with specific warning and critical threshold values. You can adjust these values to meet your requirements.

This table lists and describes the watchlist alerts that are available on the Production Manager page:

Watchlist Alert	Description
Nonconforming Material	This alert tells users the number of test failures waiting for disposition. This alert is based on the Work With Nonconforming Test Results program (P3703). When you click the alert, the system displays the Work With Nonconforming Test Results form. The following form layout is available: Supply and Demand Inquiry
Past Due Purchase Orders	This alert tells users the number of purchase orders that are past their due date. This alert is based on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry program (P48290). When you click the alert, the system displays the past due purchase orders on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry form. The following form layout is available: Where Used Diagram The following grid format is available: Simple
Past Due Work Orders	This alert tells users the number of work orders that are past their due dates. This alert is based on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry program (P48290). When you click the alert, the system displays the past due work orders on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry form. The following form layout is available: Where Used Diagram The following grid format is available: Simple
Other Schedule Threats	This alert tells users the number of scheduled threats other than past due orders. This alert is based on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry program (P48290). When you click the alert, Order & Expedite, Expedite, and Increase message types are displayed on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry form. The following form layout is available: Where Used Diagram The following grid format is available: Simple

Charts

These charts are based on EnterpriseOne programs. By default, the charts are set up to render using queries that are based on delivered demo data. Each of these queries is associated with a specific program version. To use a different query or call a different program version, you can modify these queries or create new queries that better meet your requirements.

Message Count (P48290X\|W48920XC)	Use this chart to review the number of messages received in the last seven days. This chart is based on the One View Planning Analysis Inquiry program (P48290). Additionally, you can use the drop-down menu on the top of the chart to change the data that the system displays. You can select from these options: Buyer Planner Planning Family
Top 10 Engineering Variances (P48270X\|W48270XA)	Use this chart to view the top 10 engineering variances by item and branch/plant. This chart is based on the One View Work Order Cost Analysis Inquiry program (P48270).
Top 10 Actual Variances (P48270X\|W48270XC)	Use this chart to view the top 10 actual variances by item and branch/plant. This chart is based on the One View Work Order Cost Analysis Inquiry program (P48270).
